Super yummy Peruvian food! I moved to Gainesville from South Florida and missed having good Peruvian food. I got the arroz chaufa and my family got pollo/lomo saltadoβ they were very flavorful and the portion size was good.

Easily the worst food Iβve had in Gainesville. I rarely leave bad reviews, especially after one visit, but this was rough from the first bite. The chicken empanada tasted old and was completely dried out. The chicken breast was chewy, dry, and under-seasoned. The beans were overcooked and dried out, and even the salad was bad. Iβve had a lot of really good Peruvian food, so I may be a little selective, but this was extremely disappointing. I normally give restaurants multiple chances before leaving a bad review, but this meal was bad enough to make an exception. No exaggeration.

Came here several times and each time tried something new and I loved it all. The staff is very friendly, the food come out quick and hot and the flavors are great. I recommend trying Pollo a la brasa, Lomo Saltado, Tallarin Saltado, and also Chichamorada to drink.

I had the fish ceviche and tres leches cake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly as well - they make you feel so welcome! Can't wait to come back.

I can't think of any Latin American cuisine in the area more authentic than this. This family really puts heart and soul into the recipes they bring us from Peru. I had the Cau Cau with tripe, which instantly took me back to my Colombian grandmother's home cooking. Many of the dishes are so unique to Peru that I had never heard of them. I speak Spanish, so while I waited for my food, I had the opportunity to chat with the woman behind the counter, Sara, at length about Peru and Colombia. She was very sweet. There's a cool mannequin in the restaurant dressed in traditional Peruvian garb that I took a picture of. The food was delicious and hearty. Will definitely be back!
